PokerStars gets ready for the new logo

The administration of Amaya Gaming has always been interested in diversification of its assets in gambling business and therefore led to the necessity of re-branding and the change of the logo of the leading poker room which has been the symbol of poker in the internet.

From the very start the logo of the poker room based on the word PokerStars with a red pike and a star inside instead of "o":

However, having discussed the matter with marketing experts, Amaya found a more favorable location for the symbol of the poker room and placed it between the word "Poker" and "Stars" (like all new brands of the company).

The Canadian company announced the new logo to be better fit for the “Stars” brand line that right now owns PokerStars, BetStars and StarsDraft.

For the first time the new logo was introduced to poker lovers in the commercial video with Ronaldo: one of the best football players merits his fortune in one of the Spin&Go tourneys.

A step-by-step change of the logo has already been launched and the old symbol is expected to disappear by the end of March.
