PokerStars and Full Tilt merger completed

On the 17th of May something, that the whole poker community had been obsessed with over the last several months, happened: PokerStars and Full Tilt merger was successfully completed. As the result, one of the oldest poker rooms in the world - Full Tilt - joined PokerStars platform. And the upgraded client design plus sufficient increase in traffic (users of both platform are now pieced into one single database) go to prove that.

New Full Tilt client now looks much like the one of PokerStars except for the logo in the upper left hand corner of the lobby.

Here you’ll find the same games and tourneys, which PokerStars also offers, along with Rush poker, which many players may know as Zoom.

It’s worth mentioning that The Deal special offer was left as Full Tilt’s hallmark. From now on, access to The Deal special offer can be paid for with StarCoins.

When having a look at the new Full Tilt skin, it comes very distinctly that Amaya management felt very concerned with poker room players as the interface and practically all avatars were left unchanged, except for some new fonts and card types.

Moreover, Full Tilt players will definitely take notice of the huge traffic increase, whilst PokerStars players won’t feel any change: they’re quite used to huge numbers of players during rush hours.

By the way, if you have accounts in both poker rooms, you will have to unite them and use only PokerStars account when trying to log in using your old Full Tilt client. This means that you will be able to play in both poker rooms using one nickname and one combined account. At the same time, if you have only Full Tilt valid account, you will be able to access it as normal.

On the occasion of the merger, PokerStars launches Jackpot Unchained - new entertaining festival of special offers, which is aimed to give players a chance to benefit from all special offers of their new home in the online gambling games’ world.

As an additional reward, all players, who still haven’t made any deposits at PokerStars, will be granted with a chance to get a 100% bonus for their first deposit up to $600 or simply $20 to their account
