MicroMillions #13 to make big return on July 16

MicroMillions is the biggest series of tournaments with small buy-ins which is popular both among amateurs and professional poker players. This series takes place at PokerStars. High popularity is due to not only with low buy-ins ($0,11 to $22) but also big amounts of guaranteed prize pools (over $4,000,000 this time). If you don’t have enough money to take part in more expensive series on PokerStars, MicroMillions will become the best opportunity to multiply your bankroll.

Experienced poker player are well aware what is MicroMillions. This is more than 100 different tournaments with guaranteed prize pools, sleepless nights and an opportunity to win big with minimal investments. More than $70.000.000 was awarded to the players over the entire history of the existence of MicroMillions tournament series. And this amount will be increased by $4.000.000 from July 16 to July 31. That is due to the fact that during this period of time PokerStars will host MicroMillions #13 festival.

This time it will include 129 events with guaranteed prize pool of $4,000,000. It is worth noting the variety of tournaments: Holdem, Omaha, HORSE, Stud, Razz - all these variations of poker are present at this series.

MicroMillions 13 starts on Sunday, July 16 with Sunday Storm tournament and in terms of this series its buy-in will be reduced to $5,50. The festival will finish on July, 31. Traditionally, the last played event will be Main Event with the buy-in of $22 and guaranteed prize pool of $1.000.000. The winner of MicroMillions Main Event will receive $100,000. Main event is one of the biggest tournaments which will attract at least 45,000 poker players. It is worth noting that this year it will be a 2-day tournament.

MicroMillions satellites

Want to take part in the festival but even buy-ins that low aren’t affordable? Specially for you PokerStars holds satellites/qualifiers, which allow taking part in the series absolutely free or paying nominal buy-ins.

There will be free qualifying Spin and Go tournaments during the series as well as Spin and Go with buy-ins of $0,65 where you can win tickets to various events of MicroMillions. In addition to that, there will be plenty of other satellites. For instance, Main Event tickets will be granted at satellites starting at $0,27 - this will allow you to take part in competition for the incredible first prize of $100,000!

MicroMillions Invitational Freeroll

There was a best players’ ranking on the previous MicroMillions series based on the rating points. The higher a player ranks in a tournament, the more points he gets. Top-50 grinders were awarded with different tournament tickets and the winner got an opportunity to play in every Sunday Million within 6 months. However, this year PokerStars has abandoned this idea and replaced the leaderboard with a special MicroMillions Invitational Freeroll with total guaranteed prize pool of $25000.

In order to participate in this freeroll, one has to get to the final table of any tournament of the series or get the biggest number of ITMs over the series. Moreover, some members of Team PokerStars Online will take part in the tournaments. MicroMillions Invitational freeroll will take place on August, 1 at 18:00 GMT.
