100 Million Celebration at PokerStars

The beginning of this year was marked with PokerStars to register its 100-million user. To commemorate this, the poker room offers its players to complete a series of quests which eventually can enable you to win up to $100 000 + help to recall the milestones of the way to success of the biggest online poker room in the world.

2007 - the poker room signed a contract with the most positive player on the planet and one of the best par excellence - a Canadian player Daniel Negreanu. He was the one who added up to Team Pro.

2008 - the first world record was registered at the poker room. There was the hugest tournament held with 35 000 players registered.

2012 - the clients of the biggest online poker room became able to play poker on their mobile devices thanks to the launch of the special client for smartphones and tablets. The Italian - nikocurva - was the first player to register from his smartphone.

2013 - new poker format - Zoom, which is often called ‘fast poker’, - was exhibited before the public. Zoom grew in popularity soon enough and the Spaniard - Doña Blasa - was the one to play the first hand.

2014 - was marked with the PCA Main Event with a guaranteed prize pool of $10,000,000. The Polander, Dominik Panka, became the winner of the event and gained $1,400,000 for the first prize.

2015 - PokerStars entered into contracts with football top players: Cristiano Ronaldo and Neimar.

2015 - 13 players won $1,000,000 in Spin&Go tournaments the same year. The first one to do this was sss66666 from Russia.

2015 - the year of the new world record in the biggest online tournaments. 253 692 players eventually took part in the event and the Austrian - DaDumon - won the tournament.

2016 - PokerStars obtained a license to run gambling service within the USA. New Jersey state formally confirmed the information and the poker room is ready to set out in the first half of the year.
