Two-time WCOOP champ Scott 'Aggro Santos' Margereson conquers the Million, banks $194k

Last fall, Scott "Aggro Santos" Margereson managed quite a feat in winning two WCOOP bracelets inside of a three-day period. As Stephen Bartley reported then, Margereson was only a few years removed from washing dishes in a restaurant when the combined $351,000 score jumpstarted his online MTT career and threw him into contention for the WCOOP Player of the Series.

Now, a mere seven months later, Margereson is another $194k richer and halfway to a PokerStars Grand Slam with a victory in the Sunday Million. With momentum on his side and SCOOP less than two weeks away, who knows what lies ahead for this talented young player.

A 6,393-strong crowd assembled for this week's Sunday Million, resulting in a $1,278,600.00 prize pool. 990 players earned a share of it with $194,479.20 set aside for the champion.
