Jonathan Duhamel is no longer a member of PokerStars Pro Team

Jonathan Duhamel - a 27 year-old professional poker player - that occupies the second place judging by the Canada tournaments winnings with their total prize pool of $12,786,000 (the first place in the ratio belongs to Daniel Negreanu), is no longer a member of TeamPro PokerStars.

Rumors about Jonathan Duhamel leaving the 'red spades' team has spread out after the WPT Seminole Hard Rock Casino: the journalists noticed that branded patches on the Jonatan's were missing. However the poker player himself refused to comment on the situation and as a matter of fact the same did the Amaya Gaming representatives.

Few days ago PokerStars confirms that the contract with Jonathan hasn't been extended. The name of the poker player has also been excluded from the TeamPro list on the poker room official website.

There’s no doubt that the Canadian professional player will continue winning trophies along with the big sums whereas PokerStars puzzles by its players’ acquire policy: the best players are being excluded from the professional team and ‘greek top models and Japanese writers’ are getting their way.
