Cash games
Cash game is a format of poker game which is held for chips that have real cash value. E.g. at NL200 cash tables (small blind and big blind are equal to $1 and $2 accordingly) the cost of a single nominal of a chip is $1.
The fact that makes cash games different from tournament poker is that any player is able to sit down to the table or leave it at any moment and also he is able to make unlimited re-buys from the bankroll (between the hands). The goal at cash games is winning as much chips as possible, the nominal cost remains unchanged. At cash tables (games) blinds remain in the same level throughout the game.
Minimal stakes at cash games in poker rooms is usually NL2 ($0,01/$0,02).
