Winamax leaves Spain

France's leading online poker operator Winamax made a crucial decision to quit the supervised online poker market in Spain. A measure like that may seem weird: since Winamax possesses a license for customer service covering all clients who have accounts in European banks.

However the administration of the poker room is inclined to believe that harsh rules regulating online poker hinder the successful business in Spain. The same reason has earlier led to Winamax leaving Italian and Great Britain’s markets.

Winamax official authorities announced their readiness to return to the markets under the condition that the countries’ political principles would legislate the union of the players’ pools with those from France.

By the way Italy has already expressed the desire to unite players’ pools. Experts expect other European countries to follow the example.
