iPoker "two tier" system back to a single network

3 years ago the administration of the popular iPoker poker network that own such poker rooms as William Hill, Titan Poker and many others, decided to split all players into two separate pools. The purpose of the innovation (as it’s often said now) was to make poker rooms attract as many poker-lovers (recreational players) as possible and develop separate marketing campaigns aimed at customer retention.

In the end starting from 2012 the network was divided into two pools that are as follows:

• The first-pool (or top pool) was represented by the monsters: William Hill, Bet365, Titan Poker, NetBet Poker, Paddy Power, BetFair and many others.
• Another pool comprised the rest of the poker rooms.

As you notice the first pool united the major poker rooms which mainly consisted of casinos and bookmaker offices. That would only mean that the first pool attracted more of the recreational players.

However, recently iPoker officials have officially announced that the division will be over starting from August 11, 2015 and all poker rooms - members of iPoker network - will again be united in one pool only.

Judging from the news it may be assumed that soon the poker rooms will start a fight for the players, which will definitely result in the rise of special offers and promotions.

Besides, the presentation of the new software specially designed and adapted for users is expected to take place. The beta-version of the software is currently being tested.
