Poker Central Tabs 888poker as Presenting Sponsor of $300,000 Buy-In Event for the Second Consecutive Year

Poker Central®, the ultimate destination for fans of poker tournaments, cash games, and lifestyle away from the tables, and 888poker, one of the world's most popular online gaming entertainment providers, signed a sponsorship deal for the 2017 Super High Roller Bowl on May 28 through June 1 at ARIA Resort & Casino, along with additional upcoming Poker Central events to be announced. This agreement marks the second consecutive year 888poker has sponsored the Super High Roller Bowl.

The deal provides 888poker with a number of broadcast integrations at the 2017 Super High Roller Bowl - the largest buy-in tournament of the year at $300,000 - and will continue with additional Poker Central high-stakes tournaments throughout the year. In addition to brand placements, 888poker ambassador Kara Scott will be hosting the Super High Roller Bowl and 888poker ambassador Dominik Nitsche will be competing in the event.

The 2017 Super High Roller Bowl will be the third installment of the high-stakes event of the summer. Past winners of the event include Brian Rast (2015) and Rainer Kempe (2016). The tournament sees participation from some of the biggest names in poker with the likes of Daniel Negreanu, Antonio Esfandiari, Phil Hellmuth, and Phil Ivey as past entrants. This year, a field of 56 players including one celebrity yet to be announced will be competing for a prize pool of $16,800,000 and a $6,000,000 first place prize.
