Last (night’s) 888poker action heroes: after some serious heads-up action, German’s “bossamtisch1” wins the Mega-deep with over $25,000! Our big winner last week, Ukraine’s “Romeopro33”, unbelievably makes it to 2nd place adding $18,500 to his charity marathon. UK’s “AggroSantos” takes down the Whale winning big with a cash-out of just under $30,000! Brazilian pro “joao_mathias” managed to get right behind him in 2nd, winning over $21,000.

685 players signed up for the $120,000 GTD. tournament, each paying $215 for the chance of winning BIG in 888poker’s Mega-deep. Our final 10 included some familiar names - from one of our latest XL stars “PuntSonPunt” arriving in 10th, to last week’s Mega-deep winner “PazzoRJ” finishing 8th, thus making back to back final tables!
Finally, we saw Ukraine’s phenomenon “Romeopro33” steaming through the felt as he charges towards his charity goal. After the Ukrainian’s performance last week we were not surprised - but thrilled - to see him reaching the Mega-deep heads up, finishing as the runner up and collecting over $18,000 for his worthy cause. Wrapping it up we saw German’s “bossamtisch1” winning the tournament after close to 15 hours! of action-packed poker. Checking out the $600 entry tourney the Whale, we saw UK, Brazil and Norway taking down spots 1-3. Just shy of victory was the Brazilian “joao_mathias” who had a decent work day cashing out with close to $22,000. UK’s “AggroSantos” finished as 888poker’s biggest winner with a staggering $29,694!

The popular $160 entry tourney surpassed its guarantee, providing the players with a great opportunity to win BIG.
“PazzoRJ” whose name you should already be familiar with, reached 12th place whilst making back to back Final Tables at the Mega-deep.
Reaching the tourney’s conclusion, we saw UK’s “m.stoyanov 25” taking down 1st place after a hard fought HU battle with Sweden’s “ararat800”.

Bryan “DePittsterje” Paris twitched the Lightning 6-max Final Table until his quick exit in 5th place. Mexico’s “weneedit” managed to get a head for the win taking home $8,717.
In this week’s Sunday Breeze we saw 781 players looking to have the best possible opening for their Sunday. When the dust settled, we saw 3 players guaranteeing themselves $5,000 each after making a 3-way deal. Poland’s “jjokocza”, Canada’s “str8nuttin” and UK’s “pokerdave128” finished respectively in spots 1-3 with similar cashes to all.

UK’s “Wilmy_x” was up to the Challenge, defeating 673 players who made 290 re-buys on his way to victory along with a well-earned $15,241! Argentina’s “BtM4Ever” made it to 2nd place, bagging just under $11,000.

In one of 888poker’s closing tourneys for the Sunday, we saw Canada’s “LeetRunGoot” taking the fast paced poker tourney for a solid $9,243!
The Mini Mega-deep saw 3 players closing on a deal, guaranteeing themselves a payday of around $5,000 each for a mere $22 investment!
