Lock Poker owes its players about $15.000.000

It seems, that the talks about Lock Poker financial difficulties will never end. The last management statement was released about a year ago, when they promised to establish the situation, but no changes or improvements in the work of the company has been made. Since that time no player has received their cashout.

According to some data, the company now owes its clients $15.000.000, but in spite of such a large debt to the players, poker room continues to operate and provide online poker services to its clients in an offshore zone, unreachable for the authorities.

Lock Poker was one of the few poker rooms that have continued to accept US players after the Black Friday, but as it turned out later, it was the beginning of the end.

Not long ago one of the former Lock Poker employees - Shane Bridges - director of partnerships and and social media, revealed some details about processes within poker room. For example, he said that players will most likely never see their money 'stuck' on Lock Poker accounts again.

According to Shane there was a number of factors that led to such situation: instability and huge marketing costs, regular change of networks (during the year Lock Poker has changed Merge poker network to Revolution, and then even released its very own independent software), increasing costs of payments processing, as well as spending of the management.

The moral of this story is simple: play only in the reliable poker rooms.
